How does differ from high street estate agents?


We give your more control over your property sale and also the freedom to choose how you would like your property For sale, to be managed. You also choose how much you want to pay selling your home and decide if you wish to promote your property to a wider audience.  We also allow you to upload your own property photos and description to our website, giving buyers a real insight to the great selling points of your property. After all, you know your home better than we do. Once your property details have been registered, an agent will contact you to check and approve your details. As your agent, we will handle all your enquiries, arrange viewings, provide feedback and negotiate the sale through to completion, including legal set up, ( memo of sale).

How do charge low fee?


We operate our business from a central location (no branches) and operate online only, keeping our costs low, without compromising on service we provide. The savings we make are passed on to you.


What is an E.P.C and do I need one to market my property?


From the 21st May 2010 any property that is marketed for sale or put up for rent in England and Wales will need an EPC.  EPC stands for energy performance certificate. The certificate will provide a rating of the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of a building from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is not very inefficient. Our E.P.C’s are very competitively priced and will be carried out by one of our authorized agents. You may already have an E.P.C for your property as they are valid for 10 years. If this is the case, you can upload the certificate to your property information.



 How do I value my property?


As your agent, we will advise you on the best valuation for marketing purposes but you can check sold prices for similar properties in your area via our link on the home page.



How do I start selling my property with


To start selling your home with 1Clickpropertysales, you need to choose the right package for you.  You will then be able to register your property details, select any additional marketing features you require, such as featured property and for sale board ,and start uploading your property details and photos . Our website has been designed so it is simple to use, so uploading your details should be easy but as your agent we will be on hand to help at any time, just contact us. You do not have to upload all of your details all at the same time as you can save your progress and come back to it at different times. Once all your details are uploaded, please confirm to pay. An agent will then contact you to check and approve your details before your property can be marketed.



Can I make changes to my property details once listed?


Once you have uploaded your information you can go back to it at any time to make amendments,via your account, but we must be notified for approval.  You may change your photos for a better one, or edit your description if you have made changes to your home, like redecorating or you may have missed a great selling point.



Why do you not include For Sale Boards in all your packages?


We want to offer various packages to suit every budget and do not offer For Sales boards with all packages to keep our fees low.  We give you the choice to pay as little or as much as you want in promoting your home and offer additional marketing features as an optional extra.



What happens if I have a technical problem when trying to upload my property?


If you experience any technical problems when uploading your property, please e-mail or call us on 0161 870 6040.



Can I put my property on the market with you, if it is already on the market with another agent?


Yes you can, however, do check the agent’s contract, as you may be liable to pay them multiple agency fees and/or still have to pay the agent if you sell or let through us. You will also need to notify your current agent in advance.



Do you cover my area?
