We only accept electronic payment in full by credit/debit card securely through PayPal, or via your Paypal account.


Fee Options and Policy

Both selling packages marketing fee applies to a marketing period of listed until sold. The marketing fee for the Monthly package is applicable from the date of payment and applies to a marketing period of listed until sold. Property owners (sellers) can place information about their property on for a fixed fee, payment up front or monthly. There is nothing payable to us resulting from the sale of the property .You may terminate your property listing under the selling package by giving 7 days’ written notice acceptable via e-mail. Equally, should we wish to stop marketing your property, we will provide you with 7 days’ notification of this in writing.

A month is defined as a 30 day period. You may cancel your monthly subscription, by confirming in writing no less than 7 days prior to the fixed payment date. It is a legal requirement to have an energy performance certificate under UK law if you are selling a property. The company will not market sales properties which do not have a valid energy performance certificate. The company will not market properties on behalf of other estate agents, property companies or any entity or person who is not the owner of the property proposed for sale.


Landlord Tenant finder Package

The initial marketing fee for the ‘Tenant Finder’ package applies to a marketing period of 3 months from the date the payment is made or when the property is let, whichever is sooner. A month is defined as a 30 day period. Once the 3 month period has elapsed, you listing will end.  To continue to market the property you will be required to re-register your property details. Your property advert will appear on the major property portals and partner companies. All enquiries regarding the rental property will be handled by us. Once a tenant has been found for the rental property advertised, we will have no further involvement, as all responsibilites and legal requirements will lie with the Landlord.  It is a legal requirement to have an energy performance certificate under UK law if you are letting a property, you must provide us with a valid EPC or proof that an EPC has been ordered before your property will be marketed with us.  As a landlord you agree that company can share your contact details with potential tenants. The company retains the right to remove any property advert.


Property details

As your agent, we will check and approve all property details to be marketed with the vendor, to advise you of any inaccuracies. If you may make any amendments to your property details and photos via your account, but we must be notified for approval, as the company complies with the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. Rental properties are not subject to the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991.


Your Responsibilities

You assume full responsibility of the terms set out in any contracts that you may have with an Estate Agent, which you have instructed to market your property. The Company makes no warranties to cover any cost that you may incur.


You must ensure that you comply with any legislation covering your property and any local requirements regarding reports such as Energy Efficiency Reports and Local Searches for example.


Money Laundering Regulations

The company complies with the 2009 UK Money laundering Regulations.


The Company's Responsibility

We make every effort to ensure that your property is listed on all of our advertised partner sites. These are normally uploaded daily and should be visible within 24 – 48hrs. Since we have no control over these other sites, we offer no guarantee or warranty as to the term of publication on them. If you feel that your advert should be listed and you cannot see it, please contact us.


Additional Services may offer additional services via our partners to our sales and lettings customers which include mortgages, insurance products and services, conveyancing, tenant referencing, removal services and other services and products.



The company is fully committed to protecting your privacy online. Any personal information you provide to through the site will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites accessible via hyperlinks from the site
